Head Of Support (apac) at Tribal Group

Adrian Roberts has a significant amount of work experience in the field of support and project management. Adrian started their career in 2001 at Callista, where they held various roles including Support and Release Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Business Analyst. During their time at Callista, Adrian successfully led the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Learning Management System (LMS) implementation project for Deakin University. Adrian also managed small to mid-scale software development projects and initiated several change and implementation projects.

In 2015, Adrian joined Tribal Group as a Support Manager for Callista and SchoolEdge. Adrian then progressed to become a Support Manager for Higher Education and Schools and later became a Support Manager for the entire APAC region. Adrian was responsible for the successful operation and delivery of support services to Tribal's customers in Asia Pacific, as well as leading the integration of multiple support operations into one functional team spread across multiple global locations. Adrian also played a key role in establishing a Global Service Desk for Tribal Group.

In their most recent role at Tribal Group as the Head of Support (APAC), Adrian focused on delivering exceptional support services to customers, anticipating their challenges, and proactively providing solutions and answers for their incidents and requests. Adrian worked with a regionally distributed team to ensure customer success and meet agreed targets.

Adrian Roberts has a diverse education history. Adrian obtained a Diploma of Laws in Legal Studies, General and Law from Charles Darwin University, attending from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, in 1998, they earned a Bachelor of Science Honours in Aquatic Ecology from Deakin University. Before that, from 1994 to 1997, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Deakin University. Adrian's high school education was completed at Peninsula School, Mt Eliza, where they obtained a High School degree (VCE) from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian Roberts has obtained several certifications, primarily from LinkedIn. These certifications include Building Resilience, Innovative Customer Service Techniques, Business Writing Principles, Phone-Based Customer Service, Time Management Fundamentals, Unconscious Bias, Writing Customer Service Emails, Agile Requirements Foundations, Bad Boss: Dealing with a Difficult Manager, Cert Prep: ITIL 3 Foundation, Delivering Bad News to a Customer, and Ergonomics 101. These certifications were obtained mainly in 2019.
