Richard Bricker

Richard Bricker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service center management and operations within the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Service Center Manager at FFE Transportation Services since July 2015, Richard has previously held significant roles at Saia Inc., FedEx Freight, and Con-way Inc., where responsibilities included service center operations and management. Early in Richard's career, experience as an Executive Chef at Johnson Wax and the Office Supper Club, along with a background in restaurant management, shaped a diverse skill set. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Northern Michigan University, along with a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Aveta Business Institute.
