Gail Sexton Anderson has over 20 years of experience in the field of egg donation and surrogacy. Gail began their career in 1997 as the Owner of The Registry. In 1998, they took on the role of Case Manager for Jaqueline Gorton Egg Donation, RN,JD. In 2000, they returned to The Registry as Owner. In 2002, they became the Executive Director of Fertility SOURCE Companies. In 2006, they became the Executive Director of Surrogate Parenting Services and the Founder & CEO of Donor Concierge, a search service for individuals and couples needing assistance in creating a family primarily through egg donation and/or surrogacy. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Tulip, the newest member of the Donor Concierge family. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and Board Chair of FRTYL and the Executive Director of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
Gail Sexton Anderson began their educational journey at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History in 1985. Gail then pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they completed in 1993. In 2005, Anderson obtained a certification in Mind Body Health specializing in infertility from the Alice Domar Center in Boston, through The Domar Center for Mind/Body Health.
