Carlos Manuel Upegui Echavarria

Carlos Manuel Upegui Echavarria is a Colombian business professional who is currently the Head of Growth at Frubana. Carlos has worked in a variety of industries, including private equity, management consulting, and mechanical engineering.

Upegui Echavarria began their career at Koch Industries as a mechanical engineer co-op. Carlos then transitioned to management consulting, working as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. After two years, they moved to Crescent Park Management as a public markets analyst. The following year, they worked as a summer associate at Linzor Capital Partners. Most recently, they were a senior associate at L Catterton.
