Diógenes Alberto Moreira

Diógenes Alberto Moreira has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Diógenes Alberto began their career in 2006 as Gerente de Tecnologia e Infraestructura at Snoop Consulting. Diógenes Alberto then held positions as Partner & BSVP at Smallworks Inc. and Partner & Technical VP at mobil4ads. In 2010, they worked as a Smalltalk Sr. Developer at Ilon before transitioning to the role of CTO at Ilon SRL.

In 2012, Diógenes joined the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Argentina as the Director of Technology and Security. Diógenes Alberto also served as an Agile Coach & Mentor at Kleer during this time. In 2013, they became the Acting General Director at the General Direction of Organizational Development and New Technologies. Diógenes Alberto later joined the Ministerio Publico Fiscal de la Nación Argentina as the Subdirector General of the Specialized Cybercrime Unit, where they coordinated technical activities related to training, prevention, and investigation of cybercrime.

Diógenes has also leveraged their expertise in cybercrime by teaching postgraduate courses on theory and practice of cybercrime investigation at the Faculty of Law, University of Buenos Aires. Their most recent role was with Frubana, where they served as the VP and later as the Executive VP of Engineering, starting in 2020.

Diógenes Alberto Moreira has a diverse education history. Diógenes Alberto obtained a Técnico degree in Electronics from Enet Nº 4 Taller Regional Quilmes in the years 1986 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Licenciatura en Informatica degree at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) between 1992 and 2007. Subsequently, they earned a Magister en Ingeniería de Software degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Plata from 2012 to 2014. More recently, they have been studying for an Abogado degree at the same institution, starting in 2015. Additionally, Diógenes has obtained certifications such as the CSD and CSM from the Scum Alliance, although specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
