Mauricio Gil

Mauricio Gil's work experience includes various roles in finance and management. Mauricio is currently working as the Head of Finance Spanish Speaking LATAM at Frubana. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance COL at the same company. Before joining Frubana, Mauricio worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant at Habi. Mauricio also has experience in financial management and corporate treasury at Intertug, where they worked in different roles including Financial Manager Colombia, Corporate Financial Manager, and Corporate Treasury Director. Mauricio has also held financial and administrative management positions at FLP Procesados SAS, and worked as an International Investment Coordinator at Odinsa. Mauricio has additional experience as a founding partner at Zoco Boutique and as a financial analyst at Akiris Capital Advisory Partners and CorpBanca. Prior to that, they worked as a consulting advisor at International Management Assessors.

Mauricio Gil has a diverse educational background. Mauricio obtained a Masters in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors in Economics from the same institution in 2005-2010. Mauricio has also pursued additional certifications, including an Entrepreneurship Specialization from Wharton Online, Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX, Design Thinking from LinkedIn, and they are a Certified Management Accountant from CMA®.
