Jen Estes

Jen Estes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and recruiting. At Fruit of the Loom, Inc. from July 2022 to January 2025, Jen held the roles of Director HR Business Partner & Recruiting and Director HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Elwood Professional and a Recruiter with Elwood Professional at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. from July 2012 to July 2022, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates primarily in engineering, finance, IT, and HR sectors. Jen also managed customer service training and internal employee education and oversaw Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Claims. Jen holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Piedmont University.
