Wendell Hays

Wendell Hays serves as the Vice President of New Product and Business Development at Frymaster since September 2023. Prior to this, Hays held the position of Director of Product Management for the Frymaster and Dean product lines at The Manitowoc Company from April 2014 to September 2023. Hays also served as Senior Director of Marketing at Neotek Corporation from August 2010 to April 2014, focusing on product management, brand marketing, and first-to-market coverage. Earlier in the career, Hays worked as Marketing Manager at Federal-Mogul from September 1997 to August 2010, where responsibilities included product management and cross-functional team leadership. Hays earned an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northwestern State University.
