Gunnar Wettergren

Gunnar Wettergren is an experienced IT Manager at Stockholms universitet, overseeing a team of 15 in the IT unit since June 2002. Concurrently, Gunnar serves as a Basketball Coach at Fryshuset for young children and has founded the Food Awareness Initiative to promote understanding of food consumption's environmental impacts. Additionally, Gunnar has managed large-scale EU projects under Horizon 2020, taught and conducted research in project management, and held leadership roles such as Vice Director at eGovlab and Unit Manager at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences. As a business owner of Wettergren Research, Gunnar provides consulting in IT, digitization, leadership, and management, while also having a background in coaching American football and soccer. Gunnar's educational credentials include a Master's in IT Management from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
