Jason Pastman

Jason Pastman currently serves as the General Manager at FS Food Group since July 2023. Previously, Jason worked as a Manager at Steak 48 from August 2022 to June 2023 and held the position of General Manager at Morton's The Steakhouse from October 2017 to February 2022. Jason also managed The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and Champps between 2017 and 2016, respectively. Earlier in Jason's career, roles included Bail Bond Agent at Alpha Bail Bonds and Manager at Miller's Ale House Restaurants. Jason began working in the restaurant industry at T.G.I. Fridays, where responsibilities included Kitchen Manager and Associate General Manager from 2003 to 2009. Jason completed education at Nashua High School South, earning a High School Diploma.
