Katie Jaeger

Katie Jaeger is a seasoned professional in product innovation and development, currently serving as the Product Innovation Manager at F&S Fresh Foods since September 2024. Previously, Katie held the same position at Calavo Growers from April 2021 to October 2024 and at Renaissance Food Group from April 2020 to December 2022. Before these roles, Katie was the Director of Research & Development at Horizon Food Group from 2014 to 2020 and worked as the Product Development Manager at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets Inc from March 2007 to July 2014. Educationally, Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Occidental College and also studied at Le Cordon Bleu.
