Robert Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert started their career at Campbell Soup Company in 2002 as an Engineering Intern. In 1999, they worked as an Operator at Johnson Matthey and also completed two summer internships with the company. Robert then joined General Mills in 2003, where they held various roles, including Operations Supervisor, Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, and Senior Process Engineer II. In 2017, Robert joined J&J Snack Foods Corp as an Engineering Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering & Continuous Improvement at F&S Fresh Foods.
Robert Campbell completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University between 1999 and 2003. Robert also holds additional certifications, including a 10-hour OSHA Compliance certification from Fred Pryor/Career Tracks obtained in May 2019, and a Better Process Control School certification from UC Davis obtained in August 2016.
