Karen Baldwin

Karen Baldwin, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Karen began their career at Rock & Republic where they worked in design and development from February 2007 to April 2010. Karen then joined Saks Fifth Avenue as a Sales Ambassador from April 2010 to December 2013. Following this, they joined Resource Real Estate as a Marketing Coordinator from April 2011 to December 2015. Karen then moved to FS Investments, where they worked as a Marketing Associate from December 2015 to December 2019. Karen progressed within the company and held roles as a Marketing Project Manager from January 2020 to July 2022, and later as a Strategic Events and Planning Manager from July 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Karen serves as the Director of Strategic Events and Planning at FS Investments, a position they have held from January 2023.

Karen Baldwin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Villanova University. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Design from Thomas Jefferson University and has completed a study abroad program in Fashion Design at The American University of Rome.
