Scott Burr

Scott Burr, CFA, is an accomplished portfolio manager with extensive experience in alternative investments, currently serving as the Head of Liquid Alternatives at FS Investments since February 2017. At FS Investments, Scott manages the FS Multi-Strategy Alternatives Fund and oversees new product development. Prior to this role, Scott was a Principal at Investcorp, where responsibilities included managing Alternative Risk Premia funds for institutional clients. Scott also held the position of Head of Algorithmic Strategies at Ramius Alternative Solutions, focusing on systematic investment strategies, and served as Vice President at Ramius Fund of Funds LLC, specializing in hedge fund due diligence. Scott's career began at Credit Suisse as an Analyst. An alum of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Scott graduated as a Morehead-Cain Scholar and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
