Wayne Thress

Wayne Thress has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Wayne started their career at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in 2012 as a Manager in Tax Reporting & Cost Basis, where they managed financial accounting systems development and tax form production enhancements. Wayne then moved on to Broadridge in 2017 as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for technical project management, budgeting, and vendor relationships. In 2019, Wayne joined PCS Retirement as Vice President Operations, where they were in charge of the operations development roadmap and driving innovation for highly-regulated businesses. Wayne also held the position of Head of Service - EVP at PCS Retirement, where they enhanced ROI and customer experience. Currently, Wayne is working at FS Investments as a Senior Project Manager (Director).

Wayne Thress obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University - Camden, completing their education between 2008 and 2010. Wayne also holds additional certifications, including Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2021, and various securities-related certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) obtained between 2013 and 2015.
