Cory Morgan

Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at FS-ISAC

Cory Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Cory worked as a Delivery Driver for Domino's until January 2016. In 2016, they held various positions, including a Production Intern at Red Zebra Broadcasting/ESPN 980, a Play-by-Play Announcer and Public Address Announcer for USA Hockey, and a Board Operator & Producer at Radio One. During their time at Radio One, Cory recorded and edited highlights for the Washington football team broadcasts, produced the Official Washington Football Team Postgame Show, and collaborated with the sales team to meet clients' commercial needs. In the same year, Cory also served as the Program Director at WGMU Radio, overseeing sports content creation and managing sports interviews and segments. Starting in 2018, Cory joined FS-ISAC, initially as a Communications Intern, and subsequently progressed to roles including Communications Coordinator, Manager of Internal Communications, Head of Internal Communications, and currently Senior Manager of Corporate Communications.

Cory Morgan earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication: Media Production & Criticism with a Minor in Sport Communication from the George Mason University College of Public Health. They attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Cory also obtained certifications in various subjects, including Ideation for Marketers, Content Marketing: Newsletters, Cybersecurity Awareness: Building Your Cybersecurity Vocabulary, and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, all from Lynda.com in January and February of 2018.
