Jane Albright Mpa

Jane Albright's work experience includes serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario. Prior to this role, they worked as a Part-time Faculty at Conestoga College and as the VP of Human Resources (Interim) at GreenFirst Forest Products. Jane also has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as the Commissioner of Human Resources and Citizen Service at the Region of Waterloo, the Director of the Corporate Management Branch at the Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs, and the Director of the Strategic Business Unit at the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General. Earlier in their career, they held roles at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Public Infrastructure Renewal. Throughout their career, Jane has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and strategic labor relations.

Jane Albright has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Jane also holds a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Toronto, earned from 1994 to 1999. Jane 'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western University, completed from 1984 to 1987. In 2019, Jane completed the Program on Negotiation - Leadership and Negotiation at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Alignment Strategies and Region of Waterloo in 2016. Jane also has a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) certification from HRPA and a Certified Municipal Manager III (HR Leader enhancement) certification from the Ontario Municipal Management Institute, both obtained in 2018.
