Tamara Demos

Tamara DeMos has extensive experience in the financial services regulatory sector. Tamara currently holds the position of Head, Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Tamara served as a Pension Compliance Expert at FSRA since September 2022.

Before joining FSRA, Tamara worked at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions of Canada. Tamara held the role of Managing Director, Private Pension Plans Division from June 2012 to July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Supervision, Private Pension Plans Division from July 2011 to June 2012.

Tamara DeMos attended the University of Waterloo from 1984 to 1989, where they studied Mathematics.
