Kathy Hoppins is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Inclusion Manager at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme since March 2014. Previously, Kathy held the position of HR Business Partner for Employee Development at Shepherds Bush Housing Group from May 2012 to March 2014, and worked as an HR Advisor at Common Purpose from April 2010 to May 2012. Kathy began career in hospitality as a Reception Manager at Neilson Active Holidays from January 2005 to January 2009. Kathy holds a BA Joint Honours degree in Communication Studies with Law from the University of Leeds, earned between January 2001 and January 2004.
