Allison Kaika serves as the Associate Director and Senior Consultant at FSG since April 2021, where a focus on designing inclusive, systems-level solutions for philanthropic and corporate clients has been established. Past experience includes positions as Research and Programs Associate at Rural Coalition, where analysis of socio-economic inequities in agricultural land ownership was conducted, and as Grant Writing and Business Analyst at Texas Rural Cooperative Center, developing grant proposals for rural agricultural businesses. Additional roles include USDA NIFA National Needs Fellow at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with contributions to local food systems research, and various internships focused on policy analysis and communications in agricultural contexts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Agricultural, Environmental and Sustainability Sciences from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
