Paul Shy has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, with experience at multiple companies in various roles. Currently serving as Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader at Facility Solutions Group, Paul previously worked as HR/Recruitment Manager at Bergelectric and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Helix Electric. Prior to these roles, Paul worked as Human Resources at Hawkins Construction Company and HR Manager at BERG/HELIX Joint Venture. Before transitioning into HR, Paul served as the General Manager at Superior Lighting Inc. from 2004 to 2013.
