Ed Watson

Ed Watson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ed started their career as a Key Account Representative at Sara Lee in 1992. Ed then moved on to become a Region Sales Manager, where they managed a team and was responsible for a significant amount of sales. Later, they served as a Field Training Manager, leading initiatives to promote interaction among personnel and delivering competency-focused training. During their time at Sara Lee, they also worked as a Sales Training Manager and was responsible for developing and delivering training programs on a national level. In 2015, Ed became the Chief Culture Officer at Fay Financial and subsequently held the position of Culture Officer/SVP Learning & Development/Culture at Fay Servicing, LLC. Since 2023, they have been working as the Director of Business and Professional Development at FSI Outsourcing. In addition to their roles in various companies, Ed has also provided contract training, facilitation, and coaching services through their company, Ed Watson Custom Workplace Training.
