David Szafran

David Szafran is a board member at FSMA and has previously served as a member of the supervisory board, censor at the National Bank of Belgium, chair of the audit committee at SAU-MSI, and avocat - advocaat - member of the Brussels' Bar. David is currently also serving as an assessor vice-president at the Belgian Competition Authority.

David Szafran received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles. David also has a Master's degree in Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles and Athénée Robert Catteau.
