Role overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Consultant to join our thriving Digital Change & Adoption team. This role helps deliver organisational business change focused on key areas such as communications, engagement, training and user adoption. As a Change Consultant, you will support FSP’s clients by helping to shape their culture and develop new ways of working to maximise the positive impact of the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, deliver and evaluate large scale organisational change

  • Teach, coach and support others - raising their capability for delivering organisational change

  • Establish credibility, build consensus and develop long-term relationships with clients

  • Manage demanding internal and external stakeholders

  • Mobilise internal and external resources to deliver your projects

  • Support FSP colleagues to deliver their projects

  • Plan projects systematically and maintain project discipline

  • Seek opportunities for business growth with existing and new clients

  • Contribute to the completion of tenders, statements of work and proposals

  • Manage your time and projects in line with FSP internal processes and customer requirements

About You

  • Experience leading and delivering complex change in a variety of contexts, organisations and sectors

  • Familiar with a range of leading change models and tools

  • Experienced workshop designer and facilitator

  • Used to engaging and managed executive level stakeholders

  • Able to present to large and small audiences, including at executive level

  • Expert at uncovering, analysing and synthesising organisational needs

  • Experience of creating, delivering and evaluating complex communication plans and related activities

  • Able to design, deliver and evaluate training including face to face, virtual and e-learning

  • Working in a consulting environment (internal or external) with a commercial focus
