Becxp Franklin Cedillo Cxa

Franklin Cedillo, BECxP, CxA, serves as the Building Enclosure Manager at FST Technical Services, a position held since December 2020, after transitioning from a Building Enclosure Associate role within the same company, which acquired Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP where Franklin also worked as a Building Enclosure Associate from April 2019 to December 2020. Prior to this, Franklin was the Lead Estimator at Northern Architectural Systems from September 2010 to April 2019. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completed between 2003 and 2008.
