Michael English Pe, Ccp, Ap

Michael English, PE, CCP, LEED AP has extensive experience in the field of building commissioning and consulting. Michael is currently the President of the Commissioning Division at FST Technical Services, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this role, they were a Founding Senior Partner at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP, specializing in building commissioning, consulting, and indoor air quality. Michael played a significant role in the development of the industry and served as the Commissioning authority for over 90 million square feet and $20 billion in construction costs. Before their work at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP, Michael worked as a Sales Engineer at John Fehlinger Co from August 1990 to January 1995.

Michael English, PE, CCP, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College, completing their education from 1986 to 1990.
