Nishikant Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the recruitment and account management fields.

Starting in 2005, they worked at APN Software Services as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing software professionals and teaching others how to refine search results.

In 2007, they joined Nityo Infotech as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they handled requirements from US clients and sourced candidates using various tools.

From 2009 to 2016, Nishikant worked at Saviance Technologies as an Account Manager, maintaining client relationships, generating new requirements, and training new recruiters.

In 2016, they moved to IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. Account Manager, where they managed key accounts, provided hiring solutions, and sourced quality resources for clients.

Currently, Nishikant works at FSTONE Technologies as an Associate Director, overseeing all aspects of the recruitment cycle, managing candidate relationships, and working closely with hiring managers to meet current and future business requirements.

Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building diverse pipelines of highly skilled resources. Nishikant is also skilled in networking methods and understands the importance of managing customer and partner expectations.

Nishikant Tripathi pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science at the Institute of Technology and Management in Gorakhpur. Nishikant attended the institution from 2002 to 2005.
