Mark Oehl

Mark Oehl has over 30 years of experience in the software industry. Mark started their career at Unisys as a Software Engineer and worked there for six years. Mark then worked as a Software Engineer at Integrated Command Software (ICS) for a short duration. After that, they joined Dynasty Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they developed and supported a comprehensive GUI API. Mark also worked as a Software Consultant at Landmark Graphics, Idea Integration, and Berger and Company, where they developed applications and scripting solutions for GIS data problems. Mark served as a Systems Consultant at the City of Houston, where they designed and developed GIS applications. Mark also worked as a Software Consultant at Seacor Holdings. Mark Oehl joined FSV Payment Systems in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer and developed TCP/IP socket-based software systems. Mark then held various roles at FSV, including Director of IT Solutions, Director of Core Systems Development, and finally, Enterprise Systems Architect and Director of Development.

Mark Oehl completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Alief Hastings from 1981 to 1985, but no information regarding their degree or field of study during that time is available.
