Michelle Busk Mogensen

Michelle Busk Mogensen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR konsulent at FTFa since September 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple positions at KAB from January 2019 to September 2021, including HR-udviklingskonsulent and HR-koordinator, where responsibilities encompassed contract preparation, recruitment processes, and personnel administration. Michelle began a career in HR as a student assistant at Boligforeningen 3B from June 2017 to December 2018, focusing on the organization of personnel documents and HR system management. Academically, Michelle obtained a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a degree in Work Life Studies and Psychology from Roskilde University, complemented by a linguistic education from Bornholms gymnasium.
