Mark Sexton

Mark Sexton is a seasoned professional in financial services with extensive experience in risk management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since November 2024, Mark previously held the position of Managing Director at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, where leadership focused on risk management and regulatory compliance engagements in the U.S. Prior roles include Director in the Financial Risk Management Advisory practice at KPMG and Vice President of Marketing for Environmental Markets at BNP Paribas, where Mark promoted environmental futures contracts. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Bank Examiner for Market Risk Controls at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in French and Economics from Rutgers University.
