Martha Desilva

Martha (Marty) DeSilva, PCC, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Senior Director of Human Resources at FTI Consulting and previously held roles including Director and Senior HR Business Partner. In this position, Martha focuses on talent management and development within the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment across the Americas. As the Founder and Principal of Nascent Leadership Coaching, LLC, Martha specializes in career coaching for individuals at key points in their professional journeys. Additionally, Martha is an accomplished playwright with works produced in numerous prestigious venues nationwide. Prior experience includes leadership roles at PwC, where Martha developed a successful leadership program and contributed to various HR initiatives, and as Associate Director of MBA Student Services at Georgetown University, fostering student success in the MBA program. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in English and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of Mary Washington.
