Matthew Pachman

Matthew Pachman serves as the Chief Risk, Compliance and Ethics Officer at FTI Consulting, a role held since July 2012, where responsibility includes leading the risk, compliance, and ethics program while collaborating with senior leadership and the board of directors. Previous leadership positions include Chair of the Board of Directors at the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association from July 2016 to December 2018, and serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Altegrity and VP of Compliance at Freddie Mac. Matthew Pachman began a legal career at O'Melveny & Myers and held a clerkship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University.
