Michael Graser

Michael Graser is a valuation expert with extensive experience in valuing businesses, intangible assets, and damages, acting as both an advisor and an independent expert. With around 20 years in over 300 valuation projects, Michael has developed a specialization in shareholder disputes, restructurings, and intellectual property matters, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. Currently, Michael serves as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the valuation of businesses and intangible assets and is a board member of the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Michael's past roles include Managing Director at VALNES Corporate Finance GmbH and Associate at Linklaters Germany, where they built a strong foundation in the field.
