Muryel Dias

Muryel Dias currently serves as HR Director for Latin America at FTI Consulting, a role held since August 2025. Prior to this, Muryel was with G-P from June 2018 to August 2025, progressing from Senior Manager to various HR positions, where responsibilities included developing regional HR strategies, leading HR teams, and providing senior-level client support on employment legislation. Muryel's experience also spans roles at LinkedIn, Roche, Korn/Ferry International, KUKA Systems do Brasil, and Marc Lab, focusing on a range of HR functions including talent management, payroll management, employee relations, and organizational design. Muryel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2005.
