Sara Sendek

Sara Sendek is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and data privacy communications, currently serving as Managing Director at FTI Consulting since October 2021, following a role as Senior Director in the same field. In addition to this position, Sendek is a member of the U.S. Secret Service Cyber Investigations Advisory Board. Previous experience includes participation in the Commission on Information Disorder at The Aspen Institute and a fellowship at Georgetown University's Institute of Politics and Public Service. Sendek has held significant leadership roles such as Director of Public Affairs at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Associate Vice President at DDC. Earlier career highlights include communications positions at the Republican National Committee, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, the U.S. House of Representatives, and a role as Press Secretary for Ron Johnson's Senate campaign. Sendek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Indiana University Bloomington.
