Frank Bierwag

Frank Bierwag is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and process management. Currently serving as Head of Accounting at FTI GROUP since January 2022, Frank previously held leadership roles at Korian Deutschland as Abteilungsleiter Accounts Payable and at Schön Klinik SE as Leiter Anlagen- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 15 employees and optimizing electronic invoice processing. Frank has a strong background in accounts payable and asset accounting, having worked with Schön Holding SE & Co. KG, Schön Klinik Verwaltung GmbH, Villeroy & Boch, and Richter+Frenzel, with initial experience as a Process Manager at Alcatel-Lucent. Throughout the career, a focus on process improvement and standardization has been paramount.
