Mélanie Martin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mélanie started their career as a Commercial Assistant at Balicco SA in France in 2010. Mélanie then worked as a Marketing Analyst in the Marketing Cosmetics Department at Weleda AG in 2011. In 2012, they became a Marketing and Digital Project Manager in the Global Marketing Department for Fungicides at Syngenta Crop Protection. Mélanie then transitioned to the role of Marketing Project Manager at Groupe Tertio from 2013 to 2014. Mélanie continued their career at Groupe Rocher as an International Retail Project Manager for Yves Rocher, responsible for merchandising in flagship stores from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Mélanie joined Solinest as a Brand Manager for Tetley and Van Houten brands in France. Their responsibilities included defining the marketing strategy and managing its implementation. Currently, they are working at FTI GROUP as the Head of Marketing and Communication for France and Switzerland. In this role, they actively participate in developing the corporate strategy for France and leads marketing and communication initiatives.

Mélanie Martin earned a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from EM Strasbourg Business School in 2012. Mélanie then pursued a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Marketing at IÉSEG School of Management from 2012 to 2015, focusing on International Business and Marketing. In 2010, they also attended The University of Edinburgh for International Business studies. Prior to that, Mélanie completed their Baccalauréat in Economics at Lycée Jean Jacques Henner - Altkirch between 2007 and 2009.
