James Blocksom has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James began their career at California State University Channel Islands as a Student Assistant, providing desktop support and handling work orders. James then worked as a Focus Group Tester for Neowiz, testing MMOs and providing feedback.

After that, James joined GosuGamers as a World of WarCraft/StarCraft II Editor, covering news, professional gaming events, and managing their Twitter account. James also worked at Evil Geniuses as a Web Content Developer, producing articles, coordinating with other writers, and providing on-site support for tournaments.

James then moved to Blizzard Entertainment as a Talent Manager, assisting with managing talent for BlizzCon and ESL - Turtle Entertainment as a Stage IT Tech, troubleshooting technical issues during tournaments.

James later joined OmniUpdate, where they held multiple roles including Lead Customer Support Technician, Customer Support Engineer, and Customer Support Technician. James provided customer support, QA on product features, and coordinated with the support and implementation teams.

James also gained experience at HealthSpaces as a Tier II On-Site Support, supporting multiple locations, managing relationships with vendors, and developing information security guidelines.

Most recently, they worked at FTI Services as a Remote Support Engineer before being promoted to Senior Support Engineer. Overall, James brings a wide range of technical, customer support, and management skills to their work experience.

James Blocksom attended Buena High School from 1999 to 2003, where they acquired their High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled in California State University, Channel Islands from 2007 to 2010 and pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science, Information Technology, and Game Design.
