Heather Hogsett

Heather Hogsett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk strategy and public policy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of BITS at the Bank Policy Institute since October 2015, Hogsett previously held various roles within the organization, focusing on technology and risk strategy. Additionally, Hogsett co-chairs the Policy Committee for the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council and serves as a board member for fTLD Registry Services. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the National Governors Association and significant roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate related to homeland security. Hogsett holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Business-Government Relations from Georgetown University.
