Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at Théron & Associés, focusing on bankruptcy litigation, and internships at SCP VALLIOT - LE GUERNEVE - ABITBOL and Weil Gotshal and Manges, where Romain gained insights into judicial administration and business finance, respectively. Romain's educational background includes a degree from Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'appel de Paris and a Master’s in Business & Tax Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
