Luis Munoz

Luis Munoz is a seasoned System Engineer currently employed by FTS International, LLC since July 2021, and previously served in the United States Air Force from May 2001 to October 2021 in various senior engineering roles. During this tenure, key responsibilities included integrating capabilities across the NRO enterprise, leading teams for the validation of next-generation satellite systems, and managing the GPS Engineering Division’s budget and flight safety initiatives. Luis held multiple positions, such as Deputy Chief Engineer for the GPS Directorate and Chief of Intel Operations, where contributions spanned system testing, cyber security, and interfacing with the National Security Agency. Notably, Luis developed key analytical resources and directed the execution of joint war-fighting concepts across military platforms. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Electrical Engineering degree from Drexel University.
