Edward Allen

Edward Allen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Food Beverage at Foxwoods Resort Casino since 2012. In this role, Edward directs over 30 chefs and managers, leading a team of more than 500 staff to deliver over 4 million meals annually while managing all aspects of the Food Department and Culinary Operations. Prior experience includes positions such as Executive Chef at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk, where Edward contributed to $30 million in annual revenue across 15 restaurants, and Executive Chef at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino, where financial targets were consistently exceeded. Edward's career also includes a significant tenure at Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City and a management role at Westin Hotels and Resorts, where extensive team leadership and culinary excellence were demonstrated. Edward holds a Culinary Apprenticeship from the American Culinary Federation and Westin Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, Florida.
