Holly Twerdy

Holly Twerdy has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industry, currently serving as a Sales Associate and Activity Concierge at Snorkel Bobs since November 2015. Since June 1999, Holly has held various roles at Foxwoods Resort Casino, including International Beverage Server, where memorable service is provided to high-end players. Holly's leadership skills were demonstrated while training over 25 beverage servers at the Atrium Lounge, as well as serving as a secondary Butler, making history as the first female and youngest butler at Foxwoods. Additionally, as a Cedars Steakhouse Supervisor, Holly effectively managed operations as the acting assistant manager for over a year and a half, overseeing scheduling, evaluations, and administrative functions. Holly's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Food Service and Hotel Management from Manchester Community College, along with coursework at Bond University in 1998.
