Nicole McKinnell is a skilled food scientist with extensive experience in product development and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Food Scientist at Fuchs North America since November 2021, McKinnell previously held the position of Senior Technologist at Sunnyside Farms, where responsibilities included the creation of branded and private label fresh food products as well as overseeing projects from development to production. Prior roles at Dunkin' Brands involved domestic flavor development and cost-saving initiatives for the Baskin-Robbins platform. McKinnell's career began as an Executive Chef and owner of Nicole's Cakes, complemented by various positions in prestigious culinary establishments. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America and an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the same institution.
