Lara Garguilo

Lara Garguilo has a strong background in research operations and operations management. Lara most recently worked as the Director of Research Operations at Fuel Cycle starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at The NPD Group from 2011 to 2022, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations Implementation, and Executive Director of Operations. In these roles, Lara was responsible for overseeing business operations, strategic decision-making, project execution, budgeting, and competitive analysis. Before joining The NPD Group, Lara worked at Warnaco as the Manager of Market Research from 2002 to 2011, where they provided insights on consumer and industry behaviors, developed standard reports, and collaborated with various departments to identify new product opportunities.

Lara Garguilo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University.
