Megan McCarthy

Megan McCarthy has a diverse work experience in various industries. Megan started their career in 2011 as a Figure Skating Junior Coach at Bridgewater Sports Arena. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Figure Skating Instructor at Protec Ponds. In 2016, they also served as a Server at Fox Hollow Golf Club, and then went on to work as a Server at Mercato Italian Restaurant and Bar from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they were an Editorial Intern at ReminderMedia, followed by an Editorial Internship at Literary Agent from 2019 to 2020. Megan joined Fuel Cycle in 2020 as a Community Associate and gradually progressed to become a Senior Community Associate and a Community Manager. In 2022, they were promoted to a Senior Community Manager role and later became an Associate Director, Customer Solutions in 2023.

Megan McCarthy attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Writing and Digital Humanities. In 2019, they also briefly studied Travel Photography at Stellenbosch University during a J Term program. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued Professional Copyediting, Proofreading, and Fact-Checking at NYU School of Professional Studies.
