Jonny Thoroughgood

Jonny Thoroughgood has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jonny is currently the Talent Lead at Fuel Ventures, where they lead the development of Fuel Talent, supporting talent attraction and retention across the company's portfolio. Prior to this, they worked at Curve as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Partner, overseeing hiring efforts and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Jonny also gained experience in talent acquisition at WorldRemit, a digital money transfer service, and Babylon Health, a healthcare company. Earlier in their career, Jonny worked as a Consultant at KennedyPearce Consulting and held recruitment roles at Tinies Childcare and The Best Connection.
