Amy Centers

Amy Centers, Ph.D., PCC has extensive work experience in various leadership and talent development roles. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Transformation Solutions at Fuel50, where they lead a team responsible for designing communications, internal marketing, and change strategies to support successful product initiative launches. Amy also works with existing clients to maximize the benefits of Fuel50 for their talent and organizational development initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Amy worked at Micron Technology as a Global Executive and Leadership Development Senior Program Manager. In this role, they created and delivered large-scale global development initiatives for the company. One of their notable contributions was managing a CEO-requested global performance management training initiative for all Micron people leaders, which involved content design, program pilots, training material development, global rollout coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Amy Centers, Ph.D., PCC holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Michigan State University. Amy furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Rockies in 2012. Amy then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Rockies and completed their studies in 2018.
