Shelley-Ann Viljoen has a diverse background in industrial psychology and talent management. Shelley-Ann began their career at the University of Pretoria as an Assistant HR Officer in 2009. From there, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ATripleA Recruitment for a brief period in 2010.

In 2011, Shelley-Ann started their journey at TTS - Top Talent Solutions, initially as a Junior Consultant and Industrial Psychologist Intern before becoming a full-time Consultant in 2013. Shelley-Ann continued in this role until 2015. Concurrently, they pursued their MCom degree at the University of Pretoria and successfully completed it in 2013.

Following their time at TTS, Shelley-Ann joined TTS again in 2016 as an Associate Consultant and Industrial Psychologist. Shelley-Ann worked in this role until 2021, gaining further expertise in talent management and assessment.

From 2016 to 2022, Shelley-Ann also worked independently as an Industrial Psychologist, providing their expertise on an independent basis.

Currently, Shelley-Ann is employed at Fuel50, starting in 2022. Shelley-Ann has held various roles at the company, including Workforce Architect, AI Trainer, and Researcher. Their work at Fuel50 combines their knowledge in industrial psychology and research.

Throughout their career, Shelley-Ann Viljoen has demonstrated a commitment to understanding and optimizing workforce dynamics, applying their expertise in industrial psychology to help organizations make informed talent management decisions.

Shelley-Ann Viljoen completed their BCom Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology at the same institution from 2010 to 2013.
