Tam N.

Tam N. has over 15 years of professional experience in the multimedia art industry. From 2005-2012, Tam was an Assistant Service Manager at HEB. In 2011, Tam was an Animation Student Intern at Deep Down Design. From 2012-present, Tam has been employed at FuelFX, Inc. where they have held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Multimedia Art, and Multimedia Art Director. In these roles, Tam has provided and enacted strategies to increase efficiency in all aspects of production, management, and workflows, ultimately increasing productivity across all stages of development. Tam has also lead successful efforts of operations and production efficiency of multiple big and small projects at a time through personnel effectiveness, problem solving, technical resolution, recruiting, resource allocation and management, develop production infrastructure and drive project profitability. Additionally, Tam has been involved in sales relating to marketing, website, video production, 3D animations, and graphics. Tam has also lead a team of Art Directors and 3D artists and animators that create visually compelling 3d information graphics, models, and animation. Tam has managed multiple projects and clients simultaneously to deliver completed animation and graphical stills with a quick turnaround. Tam has also developed new effective production pipelines to better workflow and maintain quality and budget.

Tam N. obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts: Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes in 2011, with a focus in Design and Animation. Prior to that, Tam N. attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2007, studying Construction Science.
